How do I redeem a credit or promotional code?

Should I take my usual size?

For the choice of sizes, we have added a "size guide" for each product. Remember to consult them before orderingbecause in the event of an error on your part, we will not exchange goods. A blue link appears on the product pages. During our last survey, our customers confirmed that they take their usual size. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

What are the possible delivery methods?

Mokarran Diving offers several delivery methods in mainland France, Europe and Polynesia.You will have the costs and delivery times as soon as you have filled in your details

Orders are shipped no later than 7 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times depend on the address and the delivery method you have selected (they are indicated in working days in: Shipping method).

What information should I put if I live in a residence with access codes?

Be as specific as possible in the description of your delivery address so that your order is delivered as soon as possible and that it does not come back to us. Specify the name of the residence, your building, your locality and the access codes if there are any.

What should I do if I am absent during the delivery?

The delivery person will leave a notice in your mailbox. You will have, from its passage, 15 days to collect your order from the post office closest to you or the one indicated on the delivery notice or even from the carrier.

Can I be billed at another address?

Are the prices of the clothes excluding VAT or including VAT?

The prices indicated are in euros, VAT included (TTC). However, the establishment of the order depends on the geographical area of ​​delivery:

How do I return my order?

You want to return a product because it doesn't suit you. You have 14 days to return your package to us. It's simple, you put the product(s) in its original packaging and follow the procedure indicated in the GTC article 10 and article 11.

MAINTENANCE

How do I wash and iron t-shirts and sweatshirts?

A small machine at 30°C maximum will do. This way, you can be sure that your sweatshirts or t-shirts won't change in size, and will stay soft and flashy like the first day. Air drying is strongly recommended.
